Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking free of charge, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled class time will be charged in full to your account or incur a $45 late cancellation fee.

Technology Statement
To respect the privacy & safety of all our clients, please note that we have a NO TECHNOLOGY policy inside of Studio13. This means no open laptops, no filming, no photography, and no Instagramming allowed.
You are welcome to flow in and out of class as many times as needed to use your computer or phone outside of class. Thank you for helping us make Studio 13 a safe place for all!
Refund Policy
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for packages you have purchased. You may transfer your unused credits to someone else, but no refunds can be issued. Thank you!
