Studio13 is proud to be affiliated with the Core Dynamics Pilates Teacher Training program. Dr. Julie Lord, D.C. advanced her human movement studies through Core Dynamics and refers all those interested in Pilates teacher training to this program.
Core Dynamics Pilates was established in 1996 by Michele Larsson to continue the lineage of first generation Pilates teacher and human movement specialist Eve Gentry. It is now one of the longest established Pilates teacher training programs worldwide.
