Every aspect of Studio13 is designed to create a supportive and restorative environment for our guests. Our goal is to help you align with your highest purpose and leave balanced and better prepared to take on your day. We offer a complete Pilates experience on the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Barrel.
Our beautiful space is clean, organized and customized to the last detail. We diffuse therapeutic essential oils to balance the parasympathetic nervous system and support feelings of ease and wellbeing. Our staff are happy, friendly and welcoming. We suggest starting with a few private sessions to assess your physical needs and explore basic movements. We’ll begin with light mat work before transitioning onto the equipment.
